Downtown Plan Expansion project, report approved by Santa Cruz Planning Commission

At its meeting Thursday evening, the city of Santa Cruz Planning Commission recommended the Santa Cruz City Council approve the Downtown Plan Expansion zoning amendments and recently published environmental impact report.
